1. Copyright Ownership

© 2026 Angel Tech Corporation Industries L.L.C. All rights reserved. The Fendhold apps, website, software, guides, text, checklists, illustrations, animations, data compilations and design are owned by Angel Tech Corporation Industries L.L.C. or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright laws. Your own content belongs to you, as described in the Terms.

The code of the Fendhold apps and website is proprietary and is not open source. It may not be copied, modified, reverse engineered, redistributed or used to create other works, except as the law expressly permits. See Protection of Our Software, Code and Content in the Terms of Service.

2. Trademarks and License

ANGEL TECH and FENDHOLD are trademarks of Angel Tech Corporation Holding L.C., used under license by Angel Tech Corporation Industries L.L.C.

Angel Tech Corporation Holding L.C. owns the ANGEL TECH house mark and the FENDHOLD product mark, together with their logos and trade dress, and licenses them to Angel Tech Corporation Industries L.L.C., which operates Fendhold. The ™ symbol indicates that we claim these as trademarks.

You may refer to Fendhold by name to describe or review it accurately (for example, “I use Fendhold for my emergency plan”). You may not, without prior written permission: use our marks or logos in your own product, business, domain or social media names; use them in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation; alter them; or use confusingly similar names or logos. Permission requests: support@fendhold.com.

Other names, logos and trademarks that appear in Fendhold belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify them; no affiliation or endorsement is implied.

3. Reporting Copyright Infringement (DMCA Notice)

We respect intellectual property rights and respond to notices that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). If you believe material available through Fendhold infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent (see Section 6) that includes:

  1. your physical or electronic signature, as the copyright owner or a person authorized to act for the owner;
  2. identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed;
  3. identification of the material you claim is infringing and information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it, such as the page, screen or URL;
  4. your name, mailing address, telephone number and email address;
  5. a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
  6. a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing can make you liable for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

4. Counter-Notice

If material you posted was removed and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send our designated agent a counter-notice that includes:

  1. your physical or electronic signature;
  2. identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal;
  3. a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
  4. your name, address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notice or that person’s agent.

After receiving a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the person who sent the original notice and may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days unless that person tells us they have filed a court action to restrain the alleged infringement.

5. Repeat Infringers

We will, in appropriate circumstances, disable or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe others’ copyrights.

6. Designated Agent
