Subscriptions & Billing Policy
Effective and last updated: October 1, 2026
This policy explains how paid Fendhold plans work. It is part of our Terms of Service. Fendhold subscriptions are sold by Angel Tech Corporation Industries L.L.C., either directly on the web or through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
1. Plans and What Is Included
Fendhold may offer free features and one or more paid plans. Before you buy, the purchase screen shows the plan name, what it includes, the price, the billing period (for example monthly or yearly), any free-trial length, and that the plan renews automatically. Prices may vary by country and may include or exclude taxes depending on where you live; the purchase screen shows the amount you will pay.
2. Automatic Renewal
Your subscription renews automatically for the same billing period at the then-current price, and your payment method is charged at the start of each new period, until you cancel.
- Apple App Store: payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Google Play: payment is charged to your Google Play payment method, and the subscription renews under Google Play’s billing rules until cancelled.
- Website: payment is charged by our payment processor when you subscribe and at each renewal. For yearly plans, we send a reminder before renewal.
3. Free Trials and Introductory Offers
If we offer a free trial or introductory price, the purchase screen shows its length and the price that applies afterward. Unless you cancel before the trial or introductory period ends, it converts automatically into a paid subscription at the regular price. On the App Store, any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription. Trials are limited to one per person unless we say otherwise.
4. How to Cancel
- iPhone or iPad: open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose Fendhold, and tap Cancel Subscription.
- Android: open the Google Play Store, tap your profile picture, tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions, choose Fendhold, and tap Cancel subscription.
- Website purchases: cancel in your Fendhold account settings, or email support@fendhold.com from your account email address. We confirm cancellations by email.
Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep paid features until the end of the period you already paid for. Deleting the app or your Fendhold account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription; cancel it with Apple or Google as shown above.
5. Refunds
- App Store and Google Play: Apple and Google process all payments and refunds for purchases made through them, under their own policies. We cannot issue those refunds. Request one from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com or from Google in the Google Play Store.
- Website purchases: if you are not satisfied with your first paid purchase of a plan, email support@fendhold.com within 30 days of the charge for a full refund. After that, payments are non-refundable and we do not give refunds or credits for partially used periods, except where required by law, as described in our Terms if we discontinue a paid feature, or if you were charged in error.
- Billing errors: if you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us within 60 days of the charge and we will investigate and correct any error.
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation right you have under the law where you live.
6. Price and Plan Changes
We may change prices or what a plan includes. We will notify you at least 30 days before a price increase takes effect for your subscription; on the App Store and Google Play, the store may also ask you to agree to the new price. The new price applies from your first renewal after the notice period, and you may cancel before then. If we materially reduce what your paid plan includes, we will tell you in advance and you may cancel.
7. Failed Payments, Restoring and Family Sharing
If a renewal payment fails, the app store or our payment processor may retry it for a period, and paid features may be paused until payment succeeds. To restore a purchase on a new device, sign in to the same app store account and use Restore Purchases in Fendhold, or sign in to the same Fendhold account. If a plan supports Apple Family Sharing or Google Play Family Library, the purchase screen says so.
8. Billing Questions
Email support@fendhold.com with the email address on your account and, if you have it, the receipt or order number.
