Delete Your Account and Data

1. Delete in the App

1. Open Fendhold and sign in.
2. Go to Settings, then Account.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

If you want a copy of your data, export it first; deletion cannot be undone.

2. Delete by Email (If You Cannot Sign In)

Email privacy@fendhold.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. If you no longer have access to that address, tell us the address and we will verify that the account is yours before deleting it. We confirm by email when deletion is complete.

3. Cancel Subscriptions Separately

Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it in your Apple or Google account settings first, as described in our Subscriptions & Billing Policy, to stop future charges. A subscription bought on our website is cancelled automatically when you delete your account.

4. What Is Deleted, and When

• Deleted: your account and sign-in details, and all content stored with it, including plans, checklists, notes, supply records, photos you attached, bookmarks, quiz results and settings.
• When: removed from our active systems promptly, generally within 30 days of your request. Copies in encrypted backups are overwritten within a further 30 days.
• On your devices: data stored on a device is removed when you sign out or uninstall the app, or when you clear the browser’s site data.

5. What We Keep

• Records of purchases and transactions (not your content), kept as long as tax, accounting and legal obligations require, typically up to seven years.
• A record that you asked for deletion, and our correspondence about it, to show we completed the request.
• Information we must keep to comply with law, resolve disputes, or prevent fraud and abuse, for no longer than needed.

Apple, Google and our payment processor keep their own records of purchases made through them, under their own privacy policies. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Delete Some Data Without Closing Your Account

You can delete individual plans, notes, photos and other items in the app at any time, and they are removed from your account and your other devices at the next sync. You can also ask us to delete specific data by emailing privacy@fendhold.com.
